Delivery and quality control

Properly selected raw materials of the best quality are the basis of the taste and aroma of our products (coffee alternatives). We implement different procedures in order to ensure that our delivery of raw materials is strictly controlled.

Roasting

The final taste and aroma of a cereal or chicory beverage depends on the careful roasting of cereal (barley, rye, spelt), chicory, or dandelion.

more

Extraction

Extraction (from the Latin extraho = I extract) is a method for separating one ingredient from a mixture (e.g. from raw materials or liquids) using a solvent. We all use this method when brewing tea, where water is the solvent.

Spray drying and agglomeration

The process of drying takes place in spray dryers. These are 40-metre-high devices, in which the misty extract of coffee fuses with hot air.

Packaging

Automated packaging lines enable the use of various shipping containers (e.g. big bags, small bags, and cardboard boxes).

Logistics

We fill orders for customers from all over the world by land, sea, and air.
