GRANA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Skawina at ul. Pilsudskiego 1 (32-300 Skawina), hereinafter referred to as “GRANA”, informs you that it is the controller of the following personal data: your first name, surname, parents' names, date of birth, address for correspondence, education, type of employment. These data are processed by GRANA for purposes of the recruitment process; therefore, the processing will be carried out under Article 221(1) of the Labour Code. Furthermore, with your consent, GRANA will also be the controller of the following personal data: your private phone number and email address processed for the purpose of communicating with you in connection with the recruitment process. In this case, the processing will take place based on your consent, i.e. under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR. Your consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time.

The data will be stored for the duration of your employment with GRANA, and after the end of this period, GRANA may also store your personal data for a period of time during which you can make claims towards GRANA relating to the recruitment process, as well as for a period during which authorized state authorities may request access to such data as part of performed control activities (in this case, the data will be processed in order to serve the legitimate interest of the controller, which has the ability to defend against or meet claims of third parties or fulfil obligations towards state authorities). You have the right to request from GRANA access to and rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to such processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority in connection with the processing of your personal data.
